STUN/TURN setup

RealTunnelTM supports the upcoming standards for FW/NAT traversal: STUN, TURN and ICE. Our servers are available for inteoperability testing with third party STUN/TURN clients.

TURN requests are authenticated with the RealTunnel userId. Before trying TURN, please sign up for an account, and set the RealTunnel userId and password in your TURN client. The realm will be "realtunnel.com". STUN requests are not authenticated.

The following servers are available for STUN/TURN testing. For best media quality, please choose the server closest to your location:

Europe/Africa/Middle Eastno-pxs2.realtunnel.com
Asia/Pacificsi-pxs1.realtunnel.com
Americasus-pxs2.realtunnel.com
All servers listens for STUN on port 3478 and TURN on 3560.

For ICE interoperability testing, please download the RealTunnel client and use with any SIP UA.
